3. User Accounts & Payments

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including payment information, and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Data & Content

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any data, content, or files you upload to your server. You are solely responsible for the content of your server.
• Backups: We do not perform routine backups of your server data for disaster recovery purposes. You are ultimately responsible for backing up your own data regularly. Vulcore is not liable for any loss of data, regardless of the cause. We recommend you implement your own backup strategy.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or engage in any prohibited uses. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and your server data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable period (e.g., 7 days) without recovery.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Vulcore makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Vulcore does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vulcore or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Vulcore's website, even if Vulcore or a Vulcore authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
